To use the Quantum AI platform, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You must also be a resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is permitted by law. Quantum AI does not provide services in countries or regions where such activities are prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
To access the trading features of Quantum AI, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any associated authentication methods. You agree to notify us immediately at support@quantumaiukprimeminister.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Quantum AI will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
We reserve the right to require additional verification steps — including identity verification (KYC) and source of funds documentation — at any time, as required by applicable regulations or at our discretion.
Quantum AI provides access to an AI-powered automated cryptocurrency trading platform. The Service is designed to assist users in executing trades based on algorithmic analysis of market data. However, the Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade.
You acknowledge and accept that all trading decisions — whether made manually or through the automated trading engine — are made at your own risk. Quantum AI does not guarantee any specific results, returns, or profitability. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, and losses can exceed your initial deposit.
The automated trading features are tools to assist your trading activities. They are not infallible and should not be treated as a substitute for your own judgement or professional financial advice.
The minimum deposit required to begin trading on Quantum AI is £250 (or the equivalent in your local currency). This amount constitutes your trading capital and is not a fee payable to Quantum AI. Registration on the platform is free of charge.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours from the time of the request. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 1-3 business days. Quantum AI does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, if additional verification is required, or if your account is subject to a pending investigation. In such cases, we will notify you of the reason and the steps required to resolve the matter.
Quantum AI connects users with third-party regulated broker partners to facilitate trade execution. When you use the platform, you may be assigned to a broker partner based on your location and regulatory requirements. Your trading relationship with the broker is governed by the broker's own terms and conditions, which you should review carefully.
While we vet our broker partners to ensure they meet regulatory standards, Quantum AI is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or policies of any third-party broker. Any disputes between you and a broker should be resolved directly with the broker.
You agree not to use the Quantum AI platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to: use the Service to engage in money laundering, terrorism financing, or any form of financial fraud; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other users' accounts, or our systems; use automated scripts, bots, or tools (other than the platform's built-in features) to interact with the Service in a manner not intended; manipulate or attempt to manipulate the trading engine or market data; provide false or misleading information during registration or verification; or use the platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds (where legally permissible), and referral to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the Quantum AI website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of Quantum AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our platform without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum AI, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to: your use of or inability to use the Service; any trades executed through the platform; unauthorised access to or alteration of your data; statements or conduct of any third party on the Service; or any other matter relating to the Service.
In no event shall Quantum AI's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Quantum AI (if any) during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantum AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@quantumaiukprimeminister.com. Upon account closure, any remaining funds in your account will be returned to you via your original payment method, subject to applicable verification checks.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulation. In the event of termination, we will make reasonable efforts to return any funds owed to you, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial dispute notification, either party may proceed with legal action as described above.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
